Modular Cell Front
The Modular Cell Front system enables greater flexibility in configuration options, together with efficient on-site installation. The fully modular, pre-fabricated system requires no on-site manufacture, eliminating the need for any on-site welding.
Design Scope
Incorporating proprietary features, such as anti-hang hinges, proprietary construction system, and either tamper-resistant or concealed fixings, the design scope ensures almost any site-specific requirement can be ‘designed-in’ without impact to on-site construction time.
Cell fronts may consist of a combination of finishes :
- Glazing – including double glazed, anti-attack, bullet resistant configuration options. Refer to Modular Panelling System – Glazing data sheet for further details.
- Opaque panelling to anti-attack or bullet resistant standards, as required.
- Perforated opaque panels. Computer laser cut from a single sheet to suit site design,allowances for solid areas where fixings occur are incorporated. This eliminates the need for welding solid panels over standard perforated steel sheeting to accommodate the same.
A further advantage of this approach, is to ensure the perimeter (framing area) of the sheet remains solid, thus improving framing integrity.

- Viewing hatch
- Meals hatch
- Split doors
- Glazing

Finish can be painted on-site, or pre-finished, as required.
